Adjusting Internet Explorer Settings for eScheduling

It is necessary to adjust Internet Explorer's "Internet Settings" to be able to properly access the eScheduling system via DealerConnect. If these settings aren't properly adjusted, then the eScheduling pages will fail to load and instead, you will only see a progress bar animation.

Please follow these instructions for each computer that will need to access eScheduling.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
  3. The "Internet Options" dialog box will appear. Select the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Adjust the slider to the "Low" setting.
  5. Click the "OK" button.
  6. The eScheduling pages should now load properly within DealerConnect.

These adjustments are necessary due to the way third-party cookies are passed between DealerConnect and the eScheduling site. If you have further trouble, please contact your implementation specialist
